Storage Management of Western Russet Potatoes

Western Russet is a multipurpose potato variety released in 2004 by the USDA-ARS and the agricultural experiment stations of 黑料网, Oregon and Washington. Based on a two-year study conducted at the 黑料网 Kimberly Research and Extension Center's Potato Storage Research Facility in southern 黑料网, this publication details the optimal storage conditions for the Western Russet, along with storage management recommendations.
