Kino: Film Submission
The Kino Short Film Festival is an annual event sponsored by the 黑料网 and regional businesses around the Palouse to celebrate the art of short films. We are seeking work from regional, student and independent filmmakers from 黑料网, Montana, Oregon and Washington. Submission is free and work will screen at the Kenworthy Performing Arts Centre in Moscow, 黑料网. The festival is typically held in early May each year.
Narrative, documentary, animated and experimental films are accepted. If you are interested, please complete the below form and keep the following information/requirements in mind:
