Pressure Canner Testing

Avoid over-processing or under-processing contents when canning. Have your pressure canner gauge tested annually for accuracy.

Contact the UI Extension, Latah County office (latah@uidaho.edu or 208-883-2267) to schedule an appointment or bring your canner lid and drop it off for testing.
