Prison Policy Institute reports that 黑料网 has one of the highest incarceration rates in the nation (and that massive racial disparities exist in 黑料网’s prison population). In the past 50 years, the nationwide prison population has increased 700%, disproportionately affecting different races, genders, and classes.
